What to bring?

Here's a checklist of items you should consider bringing to a soccer showcase:

 

Soccer Gear:

  • Soccer cleats: Make sure they are clean and in good condition.

  • Shin guards: Mandatory for safety reasons.

  • Soccer socks: Bring extra pairs in case of emergencies.

  • Soccer shorts and jerseys: Typically, you'll need multiple sets in different colors.

  • Goalkeeper gloves (if applicable): If you're a goalkeeper, don't forget your gloves.

  • Rain gear: Be prepared for different weather conditions, including a rain jacket.

  • Water and Hydration:

 

Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the event.

 

A copy of your medical history and any necessary medical forms.

Identification:

Photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport) for check-in purposes.

 

Personal Essentials:

  • Towel

  • Extra change of clothes

  • Soccer-specific training aids or accessories (e.g., agility cones, resistance bands)

  • Phone and Charger:

  • Keep your phone charged to stay connected and for emergency purposes.

 

Pen and Notebook:

Take notes on coaches, colleges, and any valuable feedback you receive.

 

Your Best Attitude:

  • Showcase events are not just about skills; they're also about attitude and sportsmanship. Bring your best attitude and willingness to work hard and learn.

 

Game Plan:

  • Understand your goals for the showcase and have a game plan for how you want to perform and present yourself.

 

Registration Confirmation:

  • Any paperwork or confirmation emails related to the showcase event. ( A confirmation email will be sent once you have submitted your registration)
